摘  要:使用PCD、CBN、YG三种材质刀具,通过二硅酸锂玻璃陶瓷车削试验,研究了可加工陶瓷切削温度变化规律。设计了切削温度测试系统在线测量温度,以特征温度表征二硅酸锂玻璃可加工陶瓷切削热水平。结果表明,陶瓷材料车削过程中特征温度的变化取决于裂纹响应力而发生扩展的方式,刀具磨损是影响该方式的主要因素,并影响切削温度。这些因素共同作用,致使多次走刀后的特征温度升高,降低了工件的表面质量。The cutting temperature of lithium disilicate glass-ceramic is studied by turning experiment with PCD, CBN and YG tools. The cutting temperature measurement system is designed to measure the temperature on the line, and the characteristic temperature is used to characterize the level of cutting heat on the lithium disilicate glass-ceramic. The result shows the change of characteristic temperature during the turning process of ceramic material depends on the way of crack response force and expansion, cutting-tool wear is the main factor affecting the method and influencing the cutting temperature. With these factors working together, the characteristic temperature after multiple cutting is increased, and also the surface quality of the workpiece is reduced.
