摘 要:唐朝颁布的诸州置寺观规定不仅在经制州实施,而且也推及羁縻州。然而由于客观条件的限制,只能在一部分羁縻州实施。尽管如此,却说明虽然羁縻州原则上因俗而治,但是仍为唐朝政令、法令所及地区,有与经制州同质的一面。其次,寺观是佛教文化、道教文化的载体与传媒。唐朝在羁縻州推及置寺观的政令,说明其在羁縻州传播宗教文化以教辅政,不仅是治理境内四夷的措施之一,而且已经发展成为制度化的管理方式。The Tang Dynasty's imperial edicts of setting temples in its prefectures was not only carried out in the ordinary prefectures,but also in Jimi prefectures(羁縻州). However,due to the restrictions of objective conditions,only part of Jimi prefectures implemented these edicts. In spite of this,it reflected the fact that Jimi prefecture—though in principle was "ruled by its traditional institution",was also the area where the Tang Dynasty's policy was carried out,and was homogenous with ordinary prefecture in some aspect. Temples were the media of Buddhism and Daoism cultures. The fact that the Tang Dynasty's edicts of setting temples were implemented in Jimi prefecture showed the Dynasty was using the spreading of religious culture it help its political rule in Jimi prefecture,so this was not only a policy to administrate the Si Yi(四夷),but also became an institutionalized management approach.
