摘 要:目的:建立藏药小檗皮中总生物碱的含量测定方法,为其质量控制提供科学依据。方法:以盐酸小檗碱为对照品,采用紫外分光光度法测定不同来源小檗皮药材中总生物碱的含量。结果:小檗皮总生物碱在2.376~8.712μg/m L范围内线性关系良好,加样回收率为96.89%,RSD为1.08%。不同来源小檗皮药材的总生物碱含量在38.46~86.33 mg/g之间,平均含量为58.58 mg/g。结论:该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于小檗皮药材的质量控制和评价。Objective: The purpose of this study is to establish a method for quantitative determination of the total alkaloids in Berberidis Cortex, and to provide a scientific basis for its quality control. Methods: The contents of total alkaloids in Berberidis Cortex from different sources were measured by ultraviolet spectrophotometry with berberine hydrochloride as a reference substance. Results: A good linear correlation was found in the range of 2. 376 to 8. 712 μg/mL. The average recovery was 96. 89%, and RSD was 1.08%. The contents of total alkaloids in Berberidis Cortex from different sources were ranged from 38.46 to 86. 33 mg/g, and the average content was 58. 58 mg/g. Conclusion: The developed method is simple, accurate and reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of Berberidis Cortex in the future.
