四川山胡椒叶挥发油的提取工艺条件研究

摘　　要：目的:确定四川山胡椒叶挥发油的水蒸气蒸馏提取工艺的最优条件。方法:采用正交设计试验,以挥发油提取量为指标筛选提取工艺并进行验证试验。结果:四川山胡椒叶挥发油水蒸气蒸馏提取的最优工艺条件为:料液比1∶16,浸泡时间20h,提取时间6h,挥发油得量为29.2 mg。结论:优化的四川山胡椒叶挥发油提取工艺重现性好、工艺稳定,为其工业化提取和生产提供了理论依据。Objective： To investigate the optimum condition of steam distillation extraction process of essential oil from Lindera Setchuenensis Gamble leaves. Methods： An orthogonal design test was adopted to select the extraction technology of volatile oil and verify the test. Results： The optimum process conditions of steam distillation extraction process of essential oil from L. setchuenensis were as follows： solid-liquid ratio 1 ： 16, the soaking time 20 h, extraction time 6 h and the essential oil amount of L. setchuenensis was 29. 2 mg. Conclusion： The optimized extraction processing of L. setchuenensis is repeatable and stable, which provides theoretical basis for the extraction and production of industrialization.
