摘  要:针对采掘失调、巷道掘进速度偏低等突出问题,以预应力原理分析和组合梁支护理论验算为基础,通过FLAC^(3D)数值模拟、ZKXG30矿用钻孔窥视仪现场钻孔窥视,提出高预紧长锚固技术,并在葫芦素煤矿21204工作面回风巷进行了工业性试验,取得了良好的试验效果。该技术创造了蒙陕地区半煤岩巷掘进单月进尺840m的纪录,有效地提高了巷道掘进工效和单进水平。Based on the analysis of prestressing principle and the calculation of composite beam supporting theory, aiming at the prominent problems such as the excavation imbalance and the low speed of roadway driving, high prestress long anchorage technology was proposed according to the results of FLAC^3D numerical simulation and on - site drilling and peering of ZKXG30 mining drill peephole. An industrial test was carried out in Hulusu Coal Mine 21204 working face air return way, which achieved good results. The technology improved the tunneling efficiency and single entry level, and a record has been created using the technology with a single - month footage of 840m in half - coal rock heading in Meng -Shan region.
