摘 要:将聚能式超声波引入RDX(黑索今)的驱酸洗涤过程,研究超声对含酸RDX晶体的驱酸洗涤效果和声学作用机理。探讨了RDX晶体含酸机制,分别考察了超声时间、超声温度、超声频率、超声功率等参数对RDX酸度的影响规律,运用扫描电镜(SEM)观察了超声前后RDX颗粒微观结构的前后变化。结果表明:晶间酸是RDX酸度偏高的主要原因;超声作用可明显缩短RDX驱酸洗涤所需时间;超声温度和超声功率设置对RDX酸度的影响存在一个最优值,并非越大越好;相比于40 k Hz,25 k Hz低频超声的强化驱酸洗涤效果较好;超声作用后的RDX酸度远低于GJB指标要求,产品质量良好,由此表明将聚能式超声清洗技术用于RDX驱酸洗涤过程,是降低RDX晶体酸度的一种行之有效的方法。Energy-gathered ultrasonic was used to enhance RDX (hexahydro-l,3,5-trinitro-l,3,5-triazine) deacidification cleaning process and investigate its enhancement effects and mechanism. RDX acid-containing mechanism was studied. Effects of ultrasonic time, ultrasonic temperature, ultrasonic frequency and ultrasonic power on RDX acidity were discussed. Moreover, the micro-structures of RDX particles before and after ultrasonication were characterized by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). The results show that acid within RDX crystal is the main reason for high acidity. Ultrasound can remarkably shorten the deacidification process. Ultrasonic temperature and power show optimal values in RDX deacidification. 25 kHz low frequency ultrasound exhibits better deacidification performance than 40 kHz. The acidity of ultimate products with ultrasonication is much lower than the military standard requirement with high product quality, which indicates that it is an effective way to facilitate deacidification processes of RDX
