异丙酚靶控输注系统在小儿先天性髋关节发育不全矫形术中的应用观察

摘　　要：目的探讨在小儿先天性髋关节发育不全矫形术中异丙酚靶控输注系统的应用效果。方法选取2013年4月—2015年7月我院收治的行小儿先天性髋关节发育不全矫形术患儿56例,将2014年6月前行手术治疗的28例患儿作为对照组,给予异丙酚间断给药;将2014年6月后行手术治疗的28例患儿作为研究组,给予异丙酚靶控输注。比较2组患儿的麻醉效果。结果研究组患者的苏醒时间和意识消失时间、手术时间和异丙酚用量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对行小儿先天性髋关节发育不全矫形术患儿实施异丙酚靶控输注麻醉效果良好,不影响患儿苏醒。Objective To evaluate the effect of propofol targeted delivery system in orthopedic treatment of congenitaldysplasia of the hip in children. Methods Children with congenital hip joint from April 2013 -2015 year in July in ourhospital,hypoplasia of orthopedic surgery in 56 cases as the research data,according to the time order of children in the hospitalhas put forward,June 2014 28 cases of surgical treatment as the control group received propofol intermittent administration;thestudy group 28 cases group the children were surgical treatment in June 2014,given the target controlled infusion of propofol.Compare the efficacy of anesthesia between the observation group and the control group.Results The recovery time,consciousness disappearance time,operation time and propofol dosage of the patients in the study group were lower than those inthe control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Propofol target controlled infusion anesthesia is effective for children with congenitalhypoplasia of the hip,and it does not affect the recovery of children.
