传统唇龈沟入路与鼻内镜下揭盖法治疗鼻前庭囊肿的临床疗效对比

摘　　要：目的对比传统唇龈沟入路与鼻内镜下揭盖法治疗鼻前庭囊肿的疗效。方法随机选取我科2012年1月—2016年3月收治的56例鼻前庭囊肿患者,按手术方式分为传统唇龈沟入路26例作为对照组,鼻内镜下揭盖法30例作为治疗组,比较2组患者的平均手术时间、术中出血量、平均住院天数、术后第3天疼痛VAS评分、术后第3天患侧鼻面部肿胀情况。结果治疗组的平均手术时间、术中出血量、平均住院天数、术后第3天疼痛VAS评分、术后第3天患侧鼻面部肿胀情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用鼻内镜下揭盖法治疗鼻前庭囊肿比传统唇龈沟入路效果更优,可作为首选治疗方式推广应用。Objective To investigate the difference of curative effect between traditional gingival crevicularapproach and nasal endoscopic resection for nasal vestibular cyst.Methods A total of 56 patients with nasal vestibularcyst treated in our department from January 2012 to March-2016 were randomLy selected,according to the operationmode is divided into traditional Labiogingival groove approach in 26 cases as the control group.Endoscopic uncoverymethod 30 cases as treatment group,compared two groups of patients with the average operation time,bleeding volume,average hospitalization days,third day postoperative pain VAS score,nasal facial swelling patients third days afteroperation.Results endoscopic treatment of nasal vestibular cyst uncovery method compared with the traditionalLabiogingival groove approach,the average operation time,bleeding volume,average hospitalization days,third daypostoperative pain VAS score,third day nasal facial swelling were better than the latter,P〈0.05.Conclusion Thetreatment of nasal vestibular cyst with nasal endoscopic lid removal can be the first choice for the treatment of nasalvestibular cyst,and it is worthy of clinical application.
