前臂外侧皮神经异常支配虎口感觉的电生理分析

摘　　要：目的:通过神经电生理检测发现虎口感觉受前臂外侧皮神经变异支配概率,分析临床表现与其相关性,找寻出该变异对临床的影响。方法:选择100例正常人及50例上臂桡神经完全损伤的患者进行神经电生理检查,以判断虎口感觉是否存在前臂外侧皮神经异常支配。结果:对100例正常人行双侧神经电生理检查发现,虎口感觉障碍区异常支配率达8%,50例上臂桡神经完全损伤患者,虎口感觉受前臂外侧皮神经异常支配率达6%。结论:正常人群也可能出现虎口感觉支配区域前臂外侧皮神经异常支配,对于桡神经损伤患者,需注意是否存在该种变异。Objective： To find the innervation abnormalities rate of the lateral cutaneous nerve of the forearm by using electroneurophysiological detection, analyse its clinical symptoms and correlation as well as the clinical effect of the nerve degeneration. Methods： Did electroneurophysiological detection on 50 people with complete radial nerve injury of the forearm and another 100 normal people from October 2016 to February 2017 Results： The innervation abnormalities rate of the thumb root sensory impairment area was 8% among 100 normal people, and 6% among 50 patients with complete radial nerve injuries of the forearm.
