摘  要:杨湾桥水库存在坝体和坝基、坝肩渗漏及坝体塌坑等问题.经坝体质量评价和渗漏钻孔注水试验分析,结合水库工程地质水文条件,设计采取水泥土搅拌桩防渗墙+帷幕灌浆+坝体塌坑及周边充填灌浆处理相结合的综合防渗方案.大坝防渗加固修复工程实施后,水库各项运行指标均良好,防渗效果良好,且历经高水位和汛期大流量蓄水等特殊运行工况考验,水库渗漏问题得到有效处理.The problems,such as leakage at dam body,dam foundation and abutment,collapse at dam body and other places have existed in Yangwanqiao Reservoir caused by geological defects at the dam site and low construction quality and technology.After the dam quality evaluation and the leakage test of borehole water injection,combined with the geological and hydrological conditions of the reservoir engineering,the integrated anti-seepage program with cement-soil mixing pile impervious wall + curtain grouting + dam collapse and surrounding filling grouting in dam collapse and surrounding has been adopted.After dam reinforcement treatments,the reservoir operating indicators are good,which can meet the regulatory requirements without any water seepage point.The special operating conditions tests under high water level or large flow water storage during flood season prove that the dam leakage problems have been successfully processed.
