突发事件下海南食品应急物流筹措系统的对策研究

摘　　要：近年来,海南自然灾害类型多、灾期长、灾情重,因自然灾害、公共卫生事件、社会安全事件等突发事件,对海南社会经济的破坏和人民群众生命安全的威胁程度越来越深,影响范围越来越广,海南省委、省政府已高度重视。特别是在突发事件下的食品应急物流筹措系统工作,不仅起到了保证食品应急供应的重要作用,而且也直接关系到海南人民的生命安全。文中针对海南食品应急物流筹措系统现状存在的问题,提出了对应策略,为海南省政府及相关部门在突发事件下做好食品应急物流筹措系统工作提供参考依据。Due to the emergencies including multiple natural disaster types,long disaster period,severe disastrous situation,natural disaster,public hygienic incidents and social safety events,more threats have been caused to social economy of Hainan and the people＇s life safety and the influence range has also become larger and larger in recent years,Hainan provincial committee and government have attached high importance to it. In particularity,the measure system of food emergency logistics under the emergency not only plays important role in guaranteeing emergency supply of food but also directly relates to the life safety of Hainan people. In this paper,coping strategies for the problems about the status of measure system of food emergency logistics in Hainan are proposed to provide reference basis for Hainan provincial government and related departments to deal with measure system of food emergency logistics.
