摘　　要：为了更好地适应现代物流行业发展的新需求,物流管理专业的人才培养需要和"互联网+"环境高度契合和紧密联系。文中在提出"四能"人才的培养目标基础上,重点对"互联网+"环境下的高职高专物流管理人才的能力结构和培养路径进行研究,从而为社会、行业和企业培养综合型、技能型的"适时"物流人才。In order to better adapt to the new requirements of the development of modern logistics industry,the personnel training needs of logistics management and ＂Internet ＋ ＂fit highly and contact closely. This paper,based on the training goal of＂four talents＂,should focus on the ＂Internet ＋ ＂environment of the higher vocational logistics management talent capacity structure and training path to study,so as to social,industryand enterprises to develop comprehensive,skilled ＂timely＂logistics talent.
