基于政治宪法学探究宪法实施情况

摘　　要：宪法是一个国家的根本大法,规定了国家的根本任务和根本制度,保障公民的基本权利,宪法是否完善关系着国家的生存发展。现阶段,国家宪法的制定实施慢慢转向政治化,国家内部政治力量对比关系的变化对宪法的发展变化起着直接作用。近年来,政治宪法学的兴起成为了潮流,在某种意义上来说,政治宪法学是时代的产物,对宪法的制定和实施起重要影响作用。通过对宪法实施政治现状的分析,希望在政治宪法学角度下对宪法实施情况进行深入浅出的研究。The constitution, being as the fundamental law of a country, stipulates the fundamental task and fimdamental system of the state to guarantees citizens＇ basic rights. Therefore, the perfection of the constitution has relation to the survival and development of the country. At present, the development of the national constitution gradually turns to politicization, and the change of internal political forces in the country has a direct effect on the development of the constitution. In recent years, the rise of political constitutional law has become a trend. In a sense, political constitutional law is the product of the times, which plays an important role in the formulation and implementation of the constitution. This paper analyzes the political status quo of the constitution, and makes a study in a simple on the implementation of the constitution from the perspective of political constitutional law.
