摘　　要：介绍了轨道式铁钻工的总体结构设计、各个部件的工作原理、整体设计参数、液压系统工作原理、电气系统控制原理。并结合厂内的型式试验和功能试验情况,阐明了轨道式铁钻工的结构参数设计优良,整体运行良好,布局设计紧凑,各个部件安装、拆卸及维护都很方便,同时提高了钻台面的安全性。This paper introduces the overall structure design of the track iron drill, the working principle of eachcomponent, the overall design parameters, the hydraulic system working principle, the electrical system control principle.According to the type test and function test in the factory, it is illustrated that the structural parameters of the track drillare designed, the whole operation is good, the layout is compact, the installation, dismantling and maintenance of the partsare very convenient, and derrick floor security is increased.
