摘 要:提出了一种大行程筒式铅剪切阻尼器,阐述了其基本构造及耗能原理。使用ABAQUS建立该阻尼器的实体模型,模拟其滞回特性,分析了阻尼器的四个设计参数对其耗能性能的影响,为设计提供参考。通过低周往复荷载试验,研究该阻尼器的滞回耗能性能。有限元分析和性能试验结果表明:该阻尼器的阻尼力与铅槽长度、轴径成线性关系,铅槽长度和轴径可作为阻尼器设计中提高阻尼力的稳定参数;铅槽厚度对阻尼器的挤压作用影响大,摩擦段长度对阻尼力中的摩擦力影响大,为提供稳定的阻尼力,在阻尼器的设计中,铅槽厚度与铅槽长度比值应小于0.25,摩擦段长度取阻尼器行程;阻尼器耗能能力较好,耗能性能稳定,能够满足结构耗能减震要求。A large stroke cylinder lead shear damper is presented,the solid model of the damper is established by using ABAQUS,and the hysteretic characteristics are simulated.The influence of the four design parameters on the energy dissipation is analyzed.The hysteretic energy dissipation performance of the damper is studied through the low cyclic loading test.Finite element analysis and performance test results show that:the damping force of the damper is linear with the length of the lead groove and shaft diameter,the lead groove length and shaft diameter can be used as the stable parameters of damper design to improve the damping force;the lead slot thickness has obviously effect on the extruding role of damper,the friction length has obviously effect on of friction force of damping force.Thus for providing a stable damping force in damper design,the lead groove thickness and lead groove length ratio should be less than 0.25,the friction section length should take damper stroke;the damper has better energy dissipation capacity and stable performance,which can meet the requirements of energy dissipation structure.
