摘  要:目的观察以知信行健康教育模式对初产妇自我预防急性乳腺炎能力的影响。方法选择某市区两所医院妇产科从2017年7月至2017年8月接诊的初产妇为研究对象,干预组接受以知信行健康教育模式为理论基础的护理干预措施,对照组接受常规的健康教育。通过1个月的实验后,得出两所医院的急性乳腺炎发生率,并进行统计学分析。结果 2017年干预组急性乳腺炎发生率明显低于对照组,并低于2016年本院同期水平。结论运用知信行健康教育模式进行护理干预可提高初产妇自我预防急性乳腺炎的能力,从而降低急性乳腺炎的发生率,提高母乳喂养成功率,在很大程度上减轻了母婴身心痛苦。Objective: to observe the effect of health education model of knowledge, faith and practice on ability for primipara to self-prevent acute mastitis. Methods: From July 2017 to August 2017, the primipara in two hospitals in urban area ware selected as the research objects. The intervention group received nursing intervention based on the model of knowledge, belief and health education, while the control group received routine health education. After one month's experiment, the incidence of acute mastitis in two hospitals was obtained. Results: In 2017, the incidence of acute mastitis in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group. It is lower than the same time level in 2016. Conclusion: Nursing intervention with the mode of health education can improve the ability of primipara to prevent acute mastitis and reduce the incidence of acute mastitis, which is beneficial to improving the success rate of breastfeeding, to a large extent, to alleviating the physical and mental pain of mothers and infants.
