摘　　要：工程管理作为建筑工程建设的重要组成部分,管理模式创新的重要性愈加突出,但是当前在建筑工程管理过程中还存在一些问题,影响企业的良性发展。这就需要建筑企业与时俱进,采取有效控制措施来优化管理,将创新模式引入到工程管理工作中,对建筑工程管理进行改革创新,以此满足自身发展需要,增强核心竞争力,提高管理质量,实现良好的社会效益和经济效益。本文对建筑工程管理中创新模式的应用及发展趋势进行深入地剖析和探讨,阐明管理创新模式的应用对建筑工程行业的重要影响。Engineering management as an important part of construction, the importance of management model innovation has become increasingly prominent. But there are still some problems in the process of construction engineering management. It is necessary for the construction enterprises to keep pace with the times, take effective control measures to optimize the management, introduce the innovation mode into the engineering management work, and carry on the reform and innovation to the construction engineering management. In order to meet the needs of their own development, enhance the core competitiveness, improve the quality of management, the application and development trend of innovative mode in construction engineering management are deeply analyzed and discussed. This paper expounded the important influence of the application of the management innovation mode on the construction engineering industry.
