清热降压合剂治疗原发性高血压病92例临床研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨清热降压合剂治疗原发性高血压病的临床疗效。方法　将入选患者随机分为试验组和对照组 ,分别给予清热降压合剂和牛黄降压丸 ,对比观察血压、症状、心肌缺血、左室舒张功能、血脂、血糖的变化及安全性。结果　试验组降压显效率 6 0 .87%、总有效率 91.30 % ,优于对照组 (显效率 15 .39%、总有效率 6 5 .39% ) ,P <0 .0 5 ;该合剂能改善症状、左室舒张功能及心肌缺血状况 ,纠正血脂、血糖代谢紊乱 ,而且无明显的毒副反应 (P <0 .0 1)。OBJECTIVE To explore into the therapeutic effect of Qingre Jiangya Mixture for primary hypertension. METHOD The patients were randomly divided into an experiment group and a control group and were given Qingre Jiangya Mixture and Niuhuang Jiangya Pill respectively. Changes in blood pressure, symptoms, myocardial ischemia, diastole function of the left ventricle, blood lipid and blood sugar were observed. RESULT The obvious blood-reducing rates and total effective rates obtained in the experiment group and the control group were 60.87%, 91.30% and 15.39%, 65.39% respectively, with marked difference ( P <0.05). Qingre Jiangya Mixture can also relieve the symptoms, improve the diastole function of the left ventricle and prevent myocardial ischemia and derangement in blood lipid and blood sugar, with no toxic side effects ( P <0.01). CONCLUSION Qingre Jiangya Mixture is effective for primary hypertension.
