摘 要:以氯化亚铁为铁源,氯化铵和叠氮化钠为混合氮源,通过溶剂热法制备出氮化铁。以该材料为载体,采用浸渍法制备了Pt/氮化铁催化剂,用于氯代硝基苯催化加氢制备氯代苯胺。考察了Pt负载量及焙烧温度对催化剂结构及催化活性的影响;结合红外光谱、X射线衍射、比表面积及孔结构、热重分析等表征手段,研究了Pt/氮化铁催化剂的结构及物理化学性质的变化。结果表明,当反应温度为100℃、加氢压力为1.0MPa、反应时间为2h时,氯代硝基苯转化率可达99.9%,对氯苯胺选择性为99.9%。By using the ferrous chloride as the iron source,and the ammonium chloride and sodium azide as the mixed nitrogen sources,the nitrided iron is prepared by solvothermal method.By adopting such material as the carrier,Pt/FexN catalysts are prepared with the impregnation method for the preparation of the o-chloroaniline by the o-chloronitrobenzene catalytic hydrogenation.The effect of the Pt loading and calcination temperature on the structure and catalytic activity of the catalysts is investigated.The structure and physical and chemical properties of Pt/FexN catalysts are studied by the characterization means such as the infrared spectrum,X-ray diffraction,specific surface area and pore structure,thermogravimetric analysis,etc.The results show that when the reaction temperature is 100℃,the hydrogenation pressure is 1.0 MPa,the reaction time is 2 hours,the conversion rate of the o-chloronitrobenzene is 99.9%,and the selectivity of the chloroaniline is 99.9%.
