表面接枝温敏分子印迹微球制备及药物识别与释放性能研究

摘  要:分别以5-氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)为模板,甲基丙烯酸(MAA)为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(EDMA)为交联剂,偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,四乙基二硫代秋兰姆(TED)为可逆加成-断裂链转移剂,采用紫外光引发沉淀聚合制备出分子印迹聚合物微球(MIP),再以N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(NIPA)为表面聚合单体,通过活性/可控聚合方法在微球表面接枝制备具有温敏特性的核壳分子印迹聚合物,并对该聚合物的吸附性能和释放性能进行评价。结果表明,该温敏印迹聚合物微球不仅对模板分子表现出特异性识别性能,而且还具有良好的药物释放性能,能通过温度变化控制药物的释放。In order to overcome the shortcomings of taking too much time in seraching for neighbors of the traditional KNN algorithm,this paper puts forward the particle swarm optimization algorithm to search for neighbors. Particles are initialized as the serial number of the k training samples,and in each iteration,an optimal individual pbest is defined as the set containing the current particle and the nearest neighbors searched by its previous pbest,and a group optimal gbest is defined as the set of nearest neighbors searched by current pbest. A distance index is used to avoid double counting. Contrastive experiments showed that the improved algorithm could shorten the time by more than 80%,without decreasing or even increasing the accuracy slightly.
