摘　　要：地下空间资源作为一种赋存于地质体内且受地质条件控制的资源,首先具有天然的自然属性;其次其开发利用受经济技术水平限制;并且其利用领域广泛,适用性与实用性强。正确认识地下空间的资源属性,对科学开发利用具有极其重要的理论价值和实际意义。The underground space is a kind of resource which occurs within geologic bodies and is controlled by geological conditions, and has its own natural attributes. Besides, its exploitation is restricted by economic and technical level; however, the underground space resources have wide range of application, strong applicability and practicability. Therefore, it would be of great theoretical value and practical signifcance for the future exploitation and utilization to correctly understand attribute characteristics of underground space resources.
