摘　　要：非煤矿山企业结合实际建立一套以事故统计分析为基础的事故预控管理模式,按照"抓住重点、管住一般"的原则,坚持重点事故通过分解落实预控责任,一般事故通过提高人员安全技能来进行管控,有效减少事故发生,实现企业安全生产。A non-coal mine enterprise has established a set of accident management mode based on the accident statistics analysis.According to the principle of＂grasping the key and managing the general＂,it insists on the implementation of the precontrol responsibility through the decomposition of key accidents.Improve staff safety skills to control,effectively reduce the occurrence of accidents,to achieve safe production.
