摩擦研磨对细颗粒磁铁矿磁选效率的影响

摘  要:采用摩擦研磨—磁选的工艺以提高选别细颗粒磁铁矿的能力。铁品位为66.02%的铁矿经一次干式研磨磁选选别后获得铁回收率为99.23%,铁品位为67.40%的铁精矿;经8次湿式研磨磁吸选别后获得铁回收率为98.33%,铁品位为68.91%的铁精矿。铁品位为45.52%的铁矿经"8次湿式磁选+8次湿式研磨磁选"选别后获得铁回收率为90.97%,铁品位为69.89%的铁精矿。Rubbing-magnetic separation process is adopted to improve separation ability of fine-particle magnetite.After iron ores with Fe grade of 66.02% go through primary dry-type rubbing-magnetic separation,iron concentrates with Fe recovery of 99.23% and Fe grade of 67.40% are obtained.After the iron ores undergo octonary wet-type grinding-magnetic separation,iron concentrates with Fe recovery of 98.33% and Fe grade of 68.91% are obtained.After iron ores with Fe grade of 45.52% go through octonary wet-type magnetic separation and octonary wet-type rubbing magnetic separation,iron concentrates with Fe recovery of 90.97% and Fe grade of 69.89% are obtained.
