摘  要:以MNML30型立式砂辊碾米机为原型,借助Solidworks创建三维模型,并利用Workbench对所建模型进行网格划分及网格质量评判,应用Fluent中的滑移网格技术对碾米机碾白室内气流场进行数值模拟。通过改变碾白辊转速,分析不同碾白辊转速对碾白室内气流场的影响,当碾白辊转速分别取500 r/min、900 r/min和1 200 r/min时,得到900 r/min时气流场处于较稳定状态。The MNML30 type of vertical sand roller rice milling machine was as the prototype,using Solidworks to create three-dimensional model,and the mesh division and mesh quality of the built model were evaluated by Workbench in this study. The Slip Grid technique technique was applied in the numerical simulation of the fluent field in whitening chamber of rice milling machine. The influence of roller speed on the fluent field in whitening chamber of milling machine was analyzed through the changes of roller speed. Three different roller speeds were delimited,which were 500 r/min, 900 r/min and 1 200 r/min,respectively. The results showed that the fluent field in whitening chamber was at a more steady state at the roller speed of 900 r/min..
