摘　　要：黑龙江省的开发区林业生态建设补偿机制采取的是从补偿标准、资金来源、主体功能战略的适应能力三个方面、四个角度进行情况分析研究。针对开发区林业生态系统建设的限制特点,进一步明确林业产业的发展重点,对林业补偿标准进行动态分类调整,不断完善黑龙江省限制开发区域林业生态建设补偿机制。The compensation mechanism of forestry ecological construction in the development zone of Heilongjiang province takes the situation analysis and research from three angles of compensation standard,source of funds and adaptability of main functional strategy.In view of the restricted features of the development of forestry ecosystem,it further clarifies the focus of development of forestry industry,dynamically adjusts the classification of forestry compensation standards and constantly improves the compensation mechanism of forestry ecological construction in the restricted development area in Heilongjiang province.
