摘　　要：总结浙江省利用世界银行贷款发展林业项目的实践历程和主要成效,分析当前新常态下开展国际金融组织贷款项目面临的问题和挑战,结合国内政策为今后利用国际金融组织贷款提出了建议。The article sums up the practice and achievements of Zhejiang Province in developing its forestry with World Bank loans. Efforts are also made to analyze the problems and challenges encountered in launching IFC loan projects under the new normal. Then, based on relevant policies in China, suggestions are made regarding how to utilize IFC loans in the future.
