摘　　要：目前,制约我国新能源汽车发展的瓶颈不仅是新能源汽车的制造技术问题,而且还包括新能源汽车的公共服务问题。研究与探讨新能源汽车公共服务管理问题,有助于推动我国新能源汽车产业化的发展进程。At present, the bottleneck of restricting the development of new energy in China is not only the manufacturing technology of new energy vehicles, but also the public service of new energy vehicles. The research on the management experience of the public service of new energy vehicles in China will help to promote the development process of China＇s new energy vehicle industry.
