摘  要:本实验采用分光光度法对水中铬(Ⅵ)离子测定进行研究。通过控制单一变量法对最大吸收波长,混合显色剂比例及用量,显色时间,酸度条件一一进行优化,选出最佳测定条件,并在最佳条件下绘制铬离子标准曲线,得到水样的铬离子含量。测试结果表明,分光光度法检测铬(Ⅵ)的最佳实验条件:最大吸收波长是540nm、二苯碳酰二肼(DPCI)与氯化钠的比例以及用量是1:20,0.100g、最佳反应时间是10min、最佳酸用量0.75m L;在最佳的实验条件下,铬离子含量为0.05-1.0mg/L,范围浓度与吸光度之间契合郎伯-比尔定律,具有良好线性关联。In this experiment,the determination of chromium( VI) ion in water was studied by spectrophotometry. The maximum absorption wavelength,the ratio and dosage of mixed color reagent,the color reaction time and the acidity condition were optimized by the single variable method. The conditions were determined and the chromium ion standard curve was drawn under the optimum conditions to obtain the chromium ion content of the water sample. The results showed that the best experimental conditions of spectrophotometric determination of chromium( Ⅵ) : the maximum absorption wavelength is 540 nm,the ratio of diphenylcarbazide( DPCI) to sodium chloride is 1: 20,0. 100 g,The optimum reaction time is 10 min and the optimum acid amount is 0. 75 m L. Under optimum experimental conditions,the content of chromium ions is 0. 05-1. 0 mg/L,and there is a good linear correlation between the range concentration and absorbance according to the Lambert-Beer law.
