摘　　要：高校学生工作是一项涉及学生思想、学业、择友、情感、就业等各方面的复杂工作,辅导员需要构建学工智慧。学工智慧是高校辅导员个体在学生工作实践中,依据自身对学生工作本质的把握,深刻察觉、迅速反应、机智应对、善于创新、科学解决学生问题的系统的综合能力。学工智慧是一种实践智慧,表现出高效个体性、多元生成性、创新性等实践特征,具有引领学生健康成人成才、构筑高校辅导员美好生活与人生、促进学生工作合理实施等实践价值。Student work in colleges and universities is a complicated job involving students' ideology,their studies,their choice of friends,their emotional needs and their employment.It requires great intelligence on the part of the advisors.Student work intelligence,based on advisors' personal understanding of the job,is a comprehensive system developed in advisors' individual practice containing the abilities to quickly perceive problems,promptly respond to them and to smartly,creatively and scientifically solve those problems.Student work intelligence is a kind of practical intelligence characterized by its highly efficient individuality,multielement generativity and innovativeness.Advisors' student work intelligence not only leads students to healthy growth and development and advisors themselves to beautiful lives but also ensures rational implementation of student work.
