摘　　要：全国人民代表大会是我国最高国家权力机关,人大代表兼职制是目前人大代表行使权力的主要制度形式,其职能是否充分发挥关系到我国民主化进程。目前我国正处在转型时期,社会发展迅速,兼职人大代表受各要素影响,难以适应现代社会发展,难以保证履职效果。从人大代表兼职制现状出发,深入剖析人大代表专职化的优势及可行性,提出实现路径,逐步将代表形式由兼职制转为专职化,从而推动我国民主政治的发展。The National People’s Congress （ NPC） is the highest organ of state power. Part-time job system is the main forrm of the NPC members to carry out their deputies at present. Whether their functions are fully performed is related to the process of democratization. At present,China is in transition period. The society develops very rapidly. Part-time deputies various factors,so it is difficult for them to adapt to the development of modern society and ensure the perormance of their du-ties. By analyzing the status of part-time work of NPC members’ deputies,the advantages and feasibility of the professionalizationare analyzed. The way to realize it is put forward. The representation can be gradually transformtime system.
