摘　　要：21世纪以来,我国铁路运输面临其他交通运输方式的挑战愈发严峻,重点体现在货物运到期限上。由于我国铁路货运运到期限难以保证,从而我国铁路运输行业的发展受到极大抑制。本文首先分析了我国铁路货运运到期限存在的问题,接着对运到期限准点率不高的原因进行了致因分析,最后提出一系列改进途径和保障措施以保证我国铁路货运运到期限。Since the 21st century, China’s railway freight transport is facing increasingly severe challenges from other transportation modes, mainly due to the less reliable shipping time. The paper analyzes the problems associated with the railway freight shipping time and the causes of unpunctuality. A set of improving strategies is then proposed to facilitate the timeliness of railway freight transport.
