摘 要:脊髓是中枢神经系统的重要组成部分,不同时期、不同程度的脊髓损伤造成的后果及预后也不同,急性脊髓损伤病情发展迅速且较为严重。常规磁共振成像(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)上的信号变化对于临床评估具有一定的局限性,磁共振扩散加权成像(diffusion weighted imaging,DWI)和磁共振扩散张量成像(diffusion tensor imaging,DTI)通过测量水分子的扩散运动,从微观上反映脊髓的损伤情况,不仅能早期及时地判断出急性脊髓损伤,而且能定量分析白质纤维束损伤的严重程度,为临床对这类患者的干预提供一定的价值信息。本文简要介绍了磁共振扩散加权成像和磁共振扩散张量成像技术在急性脊髓损伤中的应用情况及研究进展。The spinal cord is an important component of the central nervous system. The consequences caused by spinal cord injury and prognosis in different periods and different degrees are different. The development of acute spinal cord injury is rapid and serious. The conventional magnetic resonance imaging signal change has certain limitations for clinical evaluation. The magnetic resonance diffusion weighted and diffusion tensor imaging refect the damage of spinal cord by microscopic refection of the dispersion of water molecules. It can not only judge the acute spinal cord injury in early and timely, but also quantitatively analyze the severity of white matter fber damage, It can provide some information about the value of this kind of patient's intervention for clinical. In this paper, the application and progress of MR diffusion weighted imaging and magnetic resonance diffusion tensor imaging in acute spinal cord injury were reviewed.
