摘　　要：对目前住宅规划设计中存在的问题进行了分析,从注重小区的选址、完善小区的内部规划及适当增加小区内活动场地内的设备等方面,阐述了相应的解决措施,从而提高住宅小区的舒适度和满足人们的住房需求。The paper analzyes problems existing in current residence plannig design, and describes corresponding measures from aspects of amphasizingcommunity location selection, improving community interior planning and appropriately increasing recreational facilities, with a view toimprove the residence community comfort and meet peopleJ s housing demands as well.
