摘　　要：建设工程项目的组织结构合理与否关乎企业长远发展,合理的组织结构有利于提高项目执行效率及企业最终的利益,阐述了项目组织结构需要解决的问题,详细介绍了流程导向的项目组织结构,基于某大型建筑企业案例,阐述了流程导向项目组织结构的合理性及可操作性。Whether the organizational structure of construction project is reasonable or not is related to the long-term development of enterprises.A reasonable organizational structure is conducive to improving the efficiency of project implementation and the ultimate interests of enterprises.This paper expounds the problems that need to be solved in the project organization structure, and introduces the process oriented project organizationstructure in detail. Based on the case of a large construction enterprise, the rationality and feasibility of the organizational structure of processoriented project are expounded.
