摘  要:目的优化咽舒颗粒中药材的水煎煮提取工艺。方法以肉桂酸、鸢尾黄素和干膏得率为指标进行综合评分,以煎煮时间、煎煮次数、加水倍数为考察因素,采用L_9(3~4)正交试验优化咽舒颗粒中药材的水提工艺。结果最优提取工艺为加10倍量水煎煮3次,每次2 h。结论采用多指标综合评分-正交试验法优化的咽舒颗粒中药材的水提工艺稳定、科学、合理。Objective To optimize water extraction technology for Yanshu Granules with multi-index comprehensive score-orthogonal test.Methods The "water extraction technology of Yanshu Granules "was optimized by Ly( 34 ) orthogonal test with amount of decoction time, water added, decoction times as factors and using the extraction rate of cinnamic acid, tectorigenin, "weight coefficients of dry extract as evaluation indexs.Results The best extraction technology was as follows as 10-fold water,decocting for 3 times,2 h each time.Conclusion The water extraction technology optimized by multi-index comprehensive score-orthogonal test was stable, scientific and reasonable.
