摘　　要：近年来,水利部要求提高对水质监测项目的智能化平台的打造,因此在水资源建设项目建设的基础上,提出基于三条红线的水资源平台设计。主要采用数据云技术,大数据平台架构设计,打造智能化、多级应用、多模块的平台提供平台化的服务特色,完成上海市水资源管理系统建设,实现与中央、相关流域水资源管理过程核心信息的互联互通,同时也为其他水资源平台建设提供有力的指导。In recent years, the Ministry of Water Resources requests to improve the building of intelligent platformfor water quality monitoring projects. Based on the water resources project construction, it proposes of water resourceplatform design based on three red line, mainly uses data cloud technology, large data platform architecture design,builds intelligent, multi-level applications, multi-module platform to provide platform service characteristics. Itcompletes the construction of Shanghai water resources management system, realizes interoperability of water resourcesmanagement process the core information between the central and the relevant river basin, provides a strong guide forother water resources platform also.
