摘  要:为研究不同比例的马铃薯茎叶和玉米秸混合青贮的效果,试验共分为7个处理,分别为马铃薯茎叶单独青贮、马铃薯茎叶和玉米秸混合青贮(50%+50%、40%+60%、30%+70%、20%+80%、10%+90%)及玉米秸单独青贮,每个处理4个重复。真空袋青贮,室温青贮55 d。结果表明:与马铃薯茎叶单独青贮相比,随着玉米秸混合比例的提高,青贮料的青贮品质明显提高,其中感官评分、乳酸含量持续升高(P<0.05),p H、氨氮、乙酸、丁酸含量持续降低(P<0.05)。在营养成分上,混合青贮料的干物质、中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维含量提高,粗蛋白质含量降低。综合考虑,20%马铃薯茎叶和80%玉米秸混合青贮可获得与玉米秸单独青贮相似品质的青贮料。This study was conducted to investigate the effects of different mixed ratioof potato vines and corn stalk on silage fermentation.There were 7 treatments(potato vines alone,50% potato vines +50% corn stalk,40% potato vines +60% corn stalk,30% potato vines +70% corn stalk,20% potato vines +80% corn stalk,10% potato vines +90% corn stalk and corn stalk alone)with 4 replicates each.Silage was vacuum-packed in polyethylene bags and stored for 55 days in room temperature.The results showed that compared with potato vines silage alone,silage quality were significantly improved with the increasing ratio of corn stalk.Sensory score and content of lactic acid had a sustainable increase(P <0.05),while p H and content of ammonia nitrogen,acetic acid and butanoic acids had an oppsite effect(P < 0.05).Dry matter,neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber of mixed silage were higher than those of potato vines silage alone,while crude protein was lower than potato vines silage alone.In summary,silage quality of 20% potato vines and 80% corn stalk was similar with corn stalk silage alone.
