摘　　要：分析影响自动气象站数据可用性的原因,以期更好地开展气象业务工作。分门别类统计2016年各月国家级和区域自动气象站观测得到的全国平均数据和宁夏数据(包括可用率、错误率、可疑率、缺测率),绘制统计图表。分析得出自动气象站数据可用性的主要影响因素包括缺报、要素缺测和数据错误。最后,总结了提高数据传输及时率、加强观测设备巡查和监控、加强自动气象站数据质量控制、研发气象信息综合监控平台和加强业务人员的全面培养等数据质量提升对策。To analyze the origins affecting the availability of automatic weather station data, which will help to better carry out the meteorological work. The national average and regional automatic weather stations in 2016 are selected to record the national average data and Ningxia data （including availability, error rate, suspicious rate, missing rate）, and their statistical charts are drawn. The main factors affecting the availability of automatic weather station data include missing report, factor missing test and data error. Finally, data quality promotion strategies including transmitting the data in a timely manner, strengthening equipment inspection and monitoring, strengthening the data quality control of automatic weather station, developing the meteorological information comprehensive monitoring platform and strengthening the comprehensive training of personnel, are summarized.
