摘  要:目的建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定午时茶颗粒中厚朴酚及和厚朴酚含量的方法。方法采用HPLC,色谱柱为Agilent Eclipse XDB-C_(18)柱(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm),流动相为乙腈-水-冰醋酸(60:38:2),检测波长294 nm,柱温35℃,流速为1.0 mL/min。结果厚朴酚在1.02159~20.43184μg/mL,和厚朴酚在1.04066~20.81328μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,厚朴酚与和厚朴酚加样回收率分别为98.45%和99.37%。结论该方法简便、准确、重现性好,适于午时茶颗粒中厚朴酚与和厚朴酚的含量测定。Objective To establish a method for determination of magnolol and honkiol in Wushicha Granules. Methods AnHPLC method was adopted. The chromatographic analyses were carried out on an Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 columm (4.6mm×250 mm, 5μm). The mobile phase was acetonitriler-water-acetic acid(60:38:2)with flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. Thecolumn temperatur was set at 35 ℃ and the detection wavelength was set at 294 nm. Results The linear range for magnololand honkiol were 1.02159-20.43184 μg/mL and 1.04066-20.81328 μg/mL, respectively. The average recoveries of themagnolol and honkiol were 98.43 % and 98.60 %. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and highly reproducible, andsuitable for the assay of magnolol and honkiol in Wushicha Granules.
