摘  要:为探讨PP333对轮台白杏枝条内源激素含量的影响,以及与抗寒性的关系,在轮台白杏新梢速长期喷施不同浓度PP333,采用酶联免疫法定期测定枝条内脱落酸(ABA)、赤霉素(GA)、吲哚乙酸(IAA)、玉米素核苷(ZR)含量的变化,人工低温胁迫下测定休眠期枝条的抗寒性,分析不同浓度PP333对枝条内源激素含量变化及其与抗寒的关系。结果表明,1 000mg/L PP333处理后,枝条内ABA含量及ABA/GA、ABA/IAA显著增加,而GA与IAA含量明显下降。1 000mg/L PP333处理对轮台白杏的抗寒有明显的促进作用。To study the effects of PP333 on the content of endogenous hormones in branch of Armeniaca vulgaris ‘Luntaibaixing'and the relationship with cold resistance in the hope of providing the theoretical basis for cold resistance cultivation.By taking Armeniaca vulgaris ‘Luntaibaixing'with healthy and strong tree vigor and normally fruiting as materials,the new shoots of Armeniaca vulgaris ‘Luntaibaixing'were disposed with different PP333 concentrations during the new shoot rapid growth period.The contents of ABA,GA,IAA and ZR were determined once a month with the technology of Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay(ELISA),branches were collected at dormancy period,the cold resistance indexes were determined under the artificial conditions of low temperature stress,and the relationship between the changes of endogenous hormone contents and the cold resistance with the different PP333 concentrations were analyzed.The results showed that the contents of ABA in new shoots,and the ratio of ABA/GA,ABA/IAA were significantly increased and the contents of GA and IAA were reduced significantly when treatment was applied with 1 000 mg/L.In addition,1 000 mg/L treatment could effectively improve the cold resistance of Armeniaca vulgaris ‘Luntaibaixing'.
