摘 要:以新疆‘赛买提’杏为试验材料,研究水杨酸和壳寡糖处理对经链格孢(Alternaria alternata)损伤接种的杏果实抗病性及苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性和基因表达量的影响。结果表明:水杨酸和壳寡糖均可降低杏果实接种Alternaria alternata后发病率,抑制病斑直径扩展,但水杨酸处理组接种发病率与病斑直径均低于壳寡糖处理组,表明水杨酸处理后杏果实对Alternaria alternata侵染的抵抗力强于壳寡糖处理组。水杨酸处理后杏果实PAL、POD酶活性与基因表达量均高于壳寡糖处理组,且酶活性与基因表达量变化趋势一致,说明水杨酸强于壳寡糖诱导采后杏果实抗Alternaria alternata侵染的能力,可能与水杨酸诱导PAL、POD基因表达量的增加和酶活性的增强密切相关。'Saimaiti'apricot fruits from Xinjiang were treated with salicylic acid and chitosan oligosaccharide to explore the effects of disease resistance,phenylalanine ammonia lyase(PAL),peroxidase(POD)activity and gene expression in apricot fruits inoculated with Alternaria alternata.The results showed that salicylic acid and chitosan oligosaccharide could reduce the inoculation incidence and inhibit the expansion of lesion diameter in apricot fruits inoculated with Alternaria alternata,however,the inoculation incidence and lesion diameter of salicylic acid treatment group were lower than those of the chitosan oligosaccharide group,which indicated that the resistance to Alternaria alternatainfection of salicylic acid treatment was stronger than that of chitosan oligosaccharide treatment group in apricot fruits.The activity and gene expression of PAL and POD in salicylic acid were higher than those in chitosanoligosaccharide treatment group,and the activity of enzyme was consistent with the change of gene expression,showing that salicylic acid was stronger than that of the chitosanoligosaccharide to induce postharvest apricot fruit resistance to Alternaria alternata,which may be related to the increase of PAL and POD gene expression and enzyme activity.
