摘 要:综述了织物纤维表面化学镀的前处理进展,重点对除油、粗化以及活化过程作了概括总结,并对新型活化工艺进行了介绍归纳,包括非贵金属活化法、超声活化法、光化学活化法以及自组装薄膜活化法等。简要分析了除油、粗化和活化的各种工艺方法及其原理,并给出采用不同工艺方法施镀成功的代表性案例。鉴于传统的活化工艺对贵金属的消耗量较大,成本较高,为了节约贵金属资源,文中专门对非贵金属活化新工艺作了较详细介绍。最后展望了织物纤维表面化学镀前处理工艺的发展前景。对织物纤维表面化学镀研究工作具有一定参考价值。In this paper, the progress of pretreatment of electroless plating on the surface of the fabric was reviewed. The emphasis on the degreasing, coarsening and activation process was summarized. The new activation process was introduced, including non-precious metal activation method, ultrasonic activation method, photochemical activation method as well as self-assembled film activation method. The various methods and principles of degreasing, coarsening and activation are briefly analyzed, and the representative cases with different technological methods are given. In view of the traditional activation process of precious metals consumption larger and higher cost, in order to save precious metals resources, the text specifically for non-precious metal activation of a new process made a more detailed description. Finally the development prospect of the chemical pretreatment process of fabric fiber surface is prospected. It has certain reference value for the research of chemical plating on fabric fiber.
