摘  要:随着开采深度和开采区域的不断扩大,同一矿山开采的矿石性质会发生一定变化,而在同等选矿条件下,矿石性质对浮选指标的控制有较大影响。针对三山岛金矿西山矿区4种矿石类型,进行了可磨性、可浮性及配矿试验研究。结果表明:矿石的可磨性为5~#6~#矿石>1~#上矿石>1~#下矿石>石英脉矿石,1~#矿体矿石较易选,5~#6~#矿石较难选,石英脉矿石可浮性较差,属难选矿石。在矿山实际生产中,可对不同类型矿石进行配矿处理。With deeper mining depth and expanding mining area,the property of ores extracted from the same mine will change to some extent.If other parameters are the same in ore-dressing process,ore property will significantly influence the flotation index.The paper carried out experimental research on the grindability,flotability and ore blending of 4 types of ores from Xishan Mining District in Sanshandao Gold Mine.The results showed that the grindability of the ores ranked as follows: 5~#6~# ores > 1~# upper ores > 1~# lower ores > quartz vein ores; ores from 1~# ore body are easy to treat; ores from 5~#6~# ore body are difficult to treat; ores from quartz vein ore body have poor flotability,belonging to refractory ores.In real mine production,ore blending could be conducted for better treatability.
