摘　　要：随着定位与导航技术的快速发展,使基于位置信息的各种应用成为可能。在车辆保险领域,让那些驾驶行为习惯良好,以及有着丰富驾驶经验的驾驶员可以最大程度享受到保费上的优惠,有助于减少不安全驾驶行为。通过对车辆周期性行为进行分析,可以评估车辆行驶风险。讨论了周期性行为数据的采集方法,以及用离散傅里叶变换等方法对数据进行分析、归纳。保险公司根据差异化的驾驶行为和特征给出差异化的保费定价,使保费的制定更加合理。With the rapid development of positioning and navigation technique, various applications based on location information have become a reality. In the field of auto insurance, based on the situation that no matter how far you drive you pay the same, specialists further raise our promotion, UBI, which more closely aligns driving behaviors with premium rates for auto insurance. The promotion of UBI will also reduce risky driving behaviors. Through the analysis of periodic behavior for automobiles, the driving risk of certain vehicles can be estimated. The acquiring method of periodic behavior data is mainly discussed, and methods like discrete Fourier transform used for data processing. As a result, the insurance companies can use the behavioral information and characteristics to calculate premiums for specific customers.
