摘  要:车架是皮卡的装配和承载基体,在固定驾驶室、发动机、车厢、传动系统等部件和总成的同时,还承载着各种工况下的动、静载荷。以CT5型皮卡车架为研究对象,利用建模软件Pro/Engineer构建起车架的3D实体简化模型,然后通过CAE分析软件ANSYS的Workbench模块建立其有限元模型。在此基础上,进行车架结构的静力学,模态及谐响应分析。对分析过程中发现的问题、现象进行了合理的解释,并给出解决办法。该方法可为皮卡车架结构的可靠性和优化设计提供理论依据,具有一定的工程应用价值。The frame of a pickup truck is regarded as a fundamental part, which is used to fix components,such as cab, engine, carriage, transmission system, etc., and bear dynamic and static loads under various conditions. In this paper, the frame of a CT5 pickup truck is used as a research object. A simplified 3 D solid model of the frame is constructed by using Pro-Engineer, then a finite-element model of the frame is established by ANSYS Workbench module. The problems found during the analysis are reasonably explained, and the ways to solve the problems are also suggested. On this basis, static analysis, modal analysis and harmonic response analysis of the frame are performed. The proposed method can provide a theoretical basis for the reliability and optimization design of the frame structure of a pickup truck, which is of great significance in engineering applications.
