摘 要:随着物流行业竞争的加剧以及世界各国环境政策的转变,传统的运输成本范畴已经不能作为衡量运输适宜性的标准。从客户满意度和企业责任出发,分析货物价值特性,将尾气排放、在途库存损失和运输不稳定性归集于综合运输成本,建立以货物价值最大为准则的适宜性评价模型。并运用模型对上海至重庆通道上笔记本电脑和汽车零配件两类货物进行了实证分析,结论表明敏感类货物应该选择速度更快的方式,普通货物应该选择运费较低的方式,且货物价值特性是运输适宜性评价的先决条件,而运输稳定性是运输适宜性评价的重要决策因子,使各运输方式之间转换存在临界值。As the transportation industry competition and changes of government environmental policy changes, transportation costs have not in the traditional sense as a measure of transport suitability standards. Considering the social responsibility of the enterprise and customer satisfaction, the paper establishes a transport suitability evaluation model based on the principle of maximizing the value of goods and analysis of the characteristics of cargo value, the exhaust emissions, in-transit inventory losses and transport instability loss. On this basis, taking the choice of the modes of transportation of two typical goods between Shanghai and Chongqing for an example, the conclusion shows that sensitive categories of goods should choose a faster way, general cargo freight should choose a lower mode. Anything more, the characteristic of cargo value is a precondition for transport suitability evaluation and transport suitability,the important decision factor, makes there be a critical value between the various modes of transport.
