摘 要:制备了3种丙烯酸酯聚合物/蒙脱土复合物。采用傅里叶红外光谱、X射线衍射仪和透射电子显微镜测试表征了这3种复合物的结构和形貌。用这3种复合物改性天然乳胶后发现:相比纯聚合物改性薄膜,聚合物/蒙脱土复合物改性薄膜的拉伸强度、撕裂强度、变形性能、变形回复性能更好,同时硬度更小,其中含有最长酯侧链的复合物改性薄膜的力学性能最优。全反射红外和扫描电子显微镜测试结果表明酯侧链长度的增加能改善蒙脱土在橡胶相中的分散程度,提高复合物与天然乳胶之间的相容性。热重分析测试表明随着酯侧链长度的增加,其合成的复合物改性薄膜的耐热稳定性能逐步提高。Three acrylic polymer-montmorillonite(MMT)nanocomposites were synthesized by in situ emulsion polymerization and then blended with natural rubber(NR)latex.The structure and morphologies of these nanocomposites were investigated by Flourier transform infrared spectroscopy,X-ray diffractograms and transmission electron microscope,respectively.Compared to those modified by NR/acrylic polymer,NR/acrylic polymer-MMT films possess the improved tensile and tear strength,deformation and deformation recovery properties as well as lower hardness.Moreover,for the nanocomposites with longest ester side chain the modified films showed the best mechanical properties.Attenuated total reflection Flourier transformed infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy indicated that the increase in the length of ester alkyl side benefited the dispersion of MMT among natural rubber phase and improved the compatibility between NR matrix and acrylic polymer-MMT phase.Results of thermogravimetric analyses showed that the heat resistance temperature of NR/acrylic polymer-MMT films was gradually increasing upon increasing the length of ester side chain.
