着眼学生专业素质和综合素质教育做好大学生就业工作——以北京林业大学人文学院为例

摘　　要：就业是民生之本,大学生的就业牵涉到大学生本人和千家万户的利益,牵涉国家和社会的利益。每个大学生都面临就业的现实,而且就业形势又十分复杂、严峻。高校学生就业工作历来是高校自上而下共同关注和重视的工作,文章以北京林业大学人文社会科学学院"提升学生专业素质和综合素质"的方法为例,探索高校学生就业工作应如何推进。Employment is the livelihood of the people. The employment of college students relates to the interests of college stu-dents, families, state and society. Each college students are facing the reality of employment, and the employment situation is very complex and grim. This paper takes the method of ＂improving the professional quality and comprehensive quality of students＂ of the College of Humanities and Social Sciences of Beijing Forestry University as an example to explore how to increase the employment of college students.
