摘  要:文章基于APD(Avalanche Photo Diode)光电接收机被检测光场的量子统计模型,研究并分析了脉冲编码调制/软输入软输出(Soft Input Soft Output,SISO)串行级联迭代译码方案在自由空间光通信系统中的性能。相比于自由空间光通信中传统的强度调制/直接检测(Intensity-Modulation/Direct-Detection,IM/DD)方法,该方案能更充分的利用光接收机接收到的信号,从而提高系统性能。理论分析和仿真结果表明,在相同的信道环境和信噪比下,该方案与传统的IM/DD方法相比,能获得更低的误码率。该方案对于诸如深空通信等低信噪比通信场景是十分有利的。Based on the quantum statistical model of Avalanche Photo Diode ( APD) photodetector detected light field,the performance of pulse coded modulation/soft input soft output (SISO) serial cascaded iterative decoding scheme in free space optical communication system is studied and analyzed.Compared with the traditional Intensity-Modulation/Direct-Detection ( IM/DD) method in free-space optical communication,this scheme can make full use of the signal received by the optical receiver to improve the system performance.Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the scheme can obtain lower bit error rate compared with the traditional IM/DD method under the same channel environment and SNR.This scheme is very advantageous for low SNR communication scenarios such as deep space communication.
