摘　　要：目的:观察瑶医药棒循经推按治疗中风后肩手综合征(shoulder hand syndrome,SHS)的疗效。方法:将120例中风后肩手综合征病人,随机分为观察组(瑶医药棒循经推按组)与对照组(康复干预组)。两组均连续治疗4周后采用视觉模拟评分(NRS)、肿胀程度评分、简化上肢运动功能评定(Fugl-Meyer)及改良Barthel指数(MBI)评分比较两组的疗效。结果:观察组总有效率为79.31%,优于对照组的67.80%,(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后视觉模拟评分(NRS)、肿胀程度评分、简化上肢运动功能评定(Fugl-Meyer)及改良Barthel指数(MBI)与治疗前评分相比较,经检验,差异均有统计学意义。结论:瑶医药棒循经推按联合康复干预治疗中风后肩手综合征的疗效优于单纯常规康复干预治疗方案。Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of Yao medicine stick Massage along with Meridian on shoulder hand syndrome （SHS） after stroke. Methods： 120 patients with shoulder hand syndrome after stroke were randomly divided into the observation group （Yao medicine stick along the meridian push group） and the control group （rehabilitation intervention group）.After 4 weeks of continuous treatment,the two groups were treated with visual analogue scale （NRS）,swelling degree score,simplified upper extremity motor function assessment （ Fugl-Meyer） and modified Barthel index （MBI） score to compare the curative effect of the two groups. Results：the total efficiency of the observation group was better than the control group 79.31%,67.80% （P〈0.05）;visual analogue score after treatment in both groups （ NRS）,swelling score,simplified upper extremity motor function assessment （ Fugl-Meyer） and modified Barthel index （MBI） score compared with before treatment,after inspection, the difference there was statistically significant. Conclusion： the therapeutic effect of Yao medicine stick combined with rehabilitation intervention on shoulder hand syndrome after stroke is better than that of routine rehabilitation intervention.
